This business has ghosted me! Or it has gone out of business. I had around $1500 in laser invested here over 8 treatments for 3 different areas. My last appointment was in January 2020 prior to Covid and I had several treatments remaining. I have been unable to get ahold of anyone for followup appointments or to get my money back for the remaining treatments...

I told one price over the phone for laser treatment and a completely different price when I showed up. Complete waste of my time.

I've been here for a number of laser appointments and I can't say enough good things about how warm and kind everyone is, and how well the laser is working for me so far! I'm looking forward to getting more areas lasered there in the future. Also, if you commute out of South Station the location is very convenient if you want to run to the train after!

I went in for laser hair removal, needless to say the treatment was unsuccessful.
