Elite did my landscaping last year and they did a fabulous job. I was thrilled. The problem came from a windmill palm tree that didn't look very healthy when they planted it and two months later was dead. I had contact with them about it, but they didn't replace. After many promises to get the tree planted and excuses, I still don't have my tree and it's been almost a year now. I would've given them a five star rating, but poor follow through and customer service got them a three.
