My family and I have been living here for going on 3 years we have no complaints the park manager is very fair and willing to lend a helping hand we are satisfied a very safe and clean mobile home park
I have lived here sadly for 4 years and daniel is the worst so called manager there ever was. God forbid you arent his best friend because if you arent then he wont help you with nothing, he will shun you. He needs to be fired asap if this place wants to keep running like a family run business that it is.
This family owned business is going down the drain and fast and i contribute it 100% to the horrible horrible so called manager that complains about everything and he barely lifts a finger to show any improvement or show that he is enforcing rules which that has never and probably will never happen. He is an awful man that needs to be fired so this family run business can improve and this park can actually be a nice place to live.
What a horrible place this is turning out to be after living here for a couple years. I’m looking to get the heck out of here and as far away from the horrible man that so calls “runs” the place. I wouldn’t suggest my worst enemy to come live here. daniel doesn’t do a darn thing to keep up this place and he will ignore you and anyone you talk to if he doesn’t like you so beware everyone. He does ABSOLUTELY NOTHING to enforce ANY rules what so ever, just a warning.
