Miss Jackie always gives awesome service!
No accountability whatsoever. Would rather argue with customers than adhere to BASIC business practices. Booking site is trash. Or they don’t update it. BEWARE of the whenever whatever phantom hours! Terrible first impression.
Came in from out of town, Booked an appointment, arrived on time, the barber declined service and no one else would cut in his place! Unprofessional, unenthusiastic, and lazy! They stopped cutting at 5:30 but the app had multiple slots available! Will never come here again! "The Experience" provided such a poor experience! Asking if the appointment was confirmed as if we're invisible! How about blocking off the time slots so they can't be blocked! Barbers decline money at this location! Very Disrespectful!
Been coming to this shop for years, both locations, and it’s always good energy. I highly recommend Tez. Always professional and communicative. One of the most talented barbers you’ll come across.
