Dropped in for a workout while passing through deer lake, staff were unbelievably friendly and helpful. Gym is well equipped and suitable for all kinds of training including bodybuilding and powerlifting
I’ve been going to Elite Kinetics for the past year since moving back home. The atmosphere is always amazing, challenging and also relaxing. Heidi, Shelley and Kelly are super friendly and eager to help in any way. I’ve been a casual runner and weight lifting for a some time and I’ve been having issues with pain after afterwards. I didn’t ever think that I would walk into a facility with the word “gym” associated with it. Once I walked through the door, Heidi welcomed me with the assurance that I could achieve my goals - namely to strengthen my core & relieve my typist’s neck. Bonus points for Heidi who’ll work at my pace to lift & play with my granddaughter. Heidi really understands my limits and is really coaching me to be better every day!
