Dropped off a 16 inch necklace to be repaired, got back an 18 inch necklace. Total mystery. Nothing to be done except charge me to shorten it back to the original length. Wouldn’t be a problem, or have bothered to leave a review, if the response had been an apology, or even just an acknowledgement and repair, but instead it was a bit of gaslighting (perhaps I don’t remember the correct necklace that I’ve been wearing every day for nearly a year?) and no resolution. Very poor customer service at best.

Bad experience took my ring in for repair. The diamond had come out in my bed. The ring and stone were checked in by their store clerk. The diamond was flawless mine cut. When I went to pick it up they had the ugliest cubic zirconia instead of my diamond in the setting They insisted that was what I brought. The situation wasn’t good at all. I had other diamonds that matched my diamond which I showed to the owner . In the end they put a diamond in the ring it’s not the diamond I brought. Awesome to work with. And excellent experience
I started using Elite in 2021 after moving to Jasper. They have been wonderful every time I have a repair. Everyone is always very friendly and helpful. They re-tipped my engagement ring and it looks fantastic. I bent 1 of the prongs a few weeks ago and they fixed it at no charge. Highly recommend. This is my forever Jasper Jewelry store.
