Took in a leak necklace to have the latch repaired. They repaired it within the time they indicated for the amount they estimated which was very fair. Nice to have a trustworthy jewelry repair place in Jasper. Definitely recommend
I just left elite after being screamed at by the owner because we called them out for taking way too long repairing jewelry. should have read other reviews first because it seems like this is a reoccurring issue for other customers as well. I found it very unprofessional yelling at me from his back room while i came in the store not saying a word, just trying to pick up my boyfriends jewelry so it doesn’t end up at elite for months once again.
I’ve been a devoted customer to Elite since they opened. I’ve consistently received a great deal. Great people. Owner did me solid on my engagement ring. I thought this experience would be the same. It was. I’ll shop nowhere else in Jasper.
Left my wedding ring for a few minor repairs. 6 WEEKS LATER I decided to just go in and see what’s been done (one small part removed and a tiny diamond replaced) I sit and wait 40 minutes while it’s ’supposedly done but needs to be polished’… really?! It doesn’t take this long to be polished. Will not be coming back.
I’ve been trying to find an extra band to add to my wedding ring. I stopped in Elite and was greeted by Debbie. She was very helpful and sweet. I love the new addition to my wedding band! It’s perfect! Thanks Debbie for helping me pick it out!
