Do not and J repeat do not go to either of their stores. I took my ring to get sized and he dissected my ring like an animal and tried to tell me it’s mines after putting all those cheap, shiny, colored stones in my GIA certified 5ct. TW, 14 k WG ring. They are petty, dishonest and thieves. They own the same store across the hall so please don’t go there period.

Went to have a watch fixed. Never call to say my item was ready. Then when I recieved they fixed it but made it so small my 12 year could not wear it. When I notified them they took out many links that they were not supposed to but they deny. Horrible service, very rude. Bad quality
