I was nervous to see a private jeweler instead of taking my ring to the original company, but this family earned my business for life! From start to finish, I was treated with respect and the owner and his daughter were patient but most importantly honest and never once pressured me to purchase or upgrade anything. Great to work with. I had a broken clasp on my sterling silver neckless and they were able to match one to the chain, fix it while I waited and U haven't had any problem's since. This took place on a Saturday late afternoon. The owner worked with me.
We were very fortunate to find Jabin Jewelers. This was the first jeweler we stopped in looking for an engagement ring. AJ was extremely professional and gave us a great experience throughout the process with zero sales pressure to buy from them. We checked with a few other jewelers after, and it was obvious the Jabin was the best option for the experience, quality and fairness. Would highly recommend them, especially if you’re in the market for an engagement ring!
Dropped off an older watch to get the battery replaced and cleaned. They did it quickly and it turned out beautifully! Very sweet people running the store.
