Coach James is phenomenal! My son and husband both train here. Between programming and nutrition, he helped my son (14 years old) put on nearly 30 pounds of muscle in the last year. My husband (43) had a different set of priorities and Coach James addressed those also. We are so grateful to have found this gym. One day, I’ll get in there too!

This is the best gym. If you are looking for some awesome friendly people and an amazing gym experience where you will make progress, this is the place! James is an awesome coach and knows his stuff! Definitely worth the money and the time.
THIS place will make you stronger. James is a fantastic motivator. I even go with my sons. We enjoy every workout and our results are awesome.
