We are going back to Greenfront Furniture. We ordered an expensive chair in November 2020 with an expected delivery in 12 weeks. 26 week’s later the chair arrives. White glove delivery to carry the chair upstairs, yes, but driver refuses and drops inside the door. I understand there are Covid delays, but why did I have to ask Elite every month, when is it coming? Disappointed. Never again.
Elite Interiors has completely breached their contractual obligation to work with Hooker furniture to replace defective workmanship products. On May 17, 2018 we purchased the following Hooker Furniture from Elite Interiors: Console 5072-85001; Accent End Table 5072-50001; Nightstand 5070-90016; Nightstand 5070-90016; King Bed 5070-90266; Mirror 5351-50003; Sanctuary Table 3005-85004 for a Total of $6,555.00.
