Highly recommend Alex. Her skill as a therapist has greatly helped the mobility of my hip, therefore walking is so much easier. Imani at the front desk is a joy to see. However, the bookkeeping is frustrating. Yet to recognize my new plan and co-pay, the balance is not showing 0 on my portion as it should after each visit. I am thinking I need to get the insurance company involved if they don't honor the new copay. In looking at their printouts, I suspect an equation error in the excel portion of their program.
