My son went to the powderville location and we both was very disappointed with the experience. Several of the therapists spent a lot of time socializing, laughing and talking amongst each other instead of paying attention to the session. He often left to figure out the exercises on his own feeling ignored. When he came to therapy was expecting professionalism and support but was made to feel the opposite.
