RecommendedI have been doing the Functional Medicine program for the past month and a half and have noticed a significant improvement in my energy levels and sleeping patterns. Not only do a feel a million times better, but I lost 12 stubborn pounds in the process! I also did a full blood panel and I'm currently working on a few of health markers to move away from potential Pre- Diabetes. I will re-test again next month and I am anticipating a huge improvement.
