Had work scheduled from the previous home owner. Dude planned to "weatherize" the home by spray foaming over rotting subflooring and floor joists needing to be repaired. Since the work was scheduled by the previous owner, tried to send a courtesy text that we could either reschedule or cancel since the real work to secure the home wasnt done. The guys showed up at my neighbors at 7:30 started and ain't supposed start till 8 I recommend it you don't want wake up early don't hire i told them the city ordinance they acted like they didn't care they are a dosh bag company highly wouldn't recommend
These guys showed up to my house to do some work in our crawl space. 1. They left my gate open after they left and my dog got out and is currently missing. 2. They were rude to my pregnant fiance when asking her to move her car.
Scheduling an appointment with Elite Insulation was simple and easy. Jay is kind and knowledgeable. Although during the work to install blown in insulation in the attic. One of the techs busted through the drywall at the access point in the garage. We settled on taking the cost of repairs off the bill. However, the following day I noticed a hairline crack down the middle bathroom and bedroom ceiling. I called Jay, and we could not settle on a solution. I would not recommend
I got referred to Elite because of a Vectren rebate and I am so glad I did! Jay Sparks is the owner and he is the one who comes out to look over your space and give you a quote. I love that business model! He is a very nice and knowledgeable man and I am looking forward to having his team come out to insulate our basement and attic.
