John was very pleasant YET disastrous in his attempt to design clouds from the reference I showed him multiple times. I will soon need to remove at literally a very painful cost and experience. Wish I had a positive review to match the others but unfortunately my experience was not so awesome as everyone else’s
The customer service was great..they were all very nice. I went to get triple helixes on both ears. I had him mark my piercings to make sure they were even, which he had done and handed me a mirror to check. It was hard to see that part of my own ear and he was supposed to be the professional and extra eyes to make sure they were even. I kept checking n rechecking and the piercer ensured me that he used the point of my ear as marking and they are even. The piercing however are not even. Unprofessional and rude. Had me waiting for 30 mins because they were on an “important call” . All I was there for was a nose stud to be put in
Good place have a few tattoos from this shop. Always good no complaints
