When I checked in with my brother, we were making sure to cover our bases into making sure there are no additional charges since he did it online. When I asked to possibly get it written down that we indeed did it. We were no rude at all but the front desk lady was very rude, refusing to do so. There are more professional way to do so, I will not be returning to this location in the future
THEY NEVER ANSWER THE PHONE I HAVE BEEN CALLING FOR DAYS!
Great staff very professional and efficient. They work with patients to get them their imaging. One of the reasons I’ve used them as a patient and refer my own patients to them.
Excellent experience. Came for an MRI and CT scan. All staff were kind and helpful. Explained the process and made sure I was comfortable. Handled everything efficiently and professionally. Finished ahead of schedule. Highly recommend. Thanks to everyone there.
Preciso que coloquem alguém apenas para atender o telefone estou a dois dias tentando falar.
