Staff is definitely wonderful and friendly
I would gladly give this place a glowing five-star rating if it weren’t for one deeply unprofessional individual — Jennifer, the X-ray technician. From the moment she stepped into the reception area to call my mother in, she was loud, abrasive, and shockingly rude. As my mom stood up to go inside, Jennifer even motioned at her to hurry along. The imaging staff was informative and caring. The made the whole process smooth. Highly recommended.
Everyone was very nice. MRIs give me anxiety but the tech was quick and efficient!
