What a circus!! Go somewhere else. It has taken me almost 2 hours, with emails and chats and calls in an attempt to pay my bill online!! Still no luck. Even when on hold, it gives you the option to press 1 and they will call you back in the order call was received- but pressing 1 did not work either.
Call to setup an appointment and customer representative Gabriel was really rude and raise his voice at me I didn’t even want to continue with the call after that do not even bother with this place if their customer service representative is like this I don’t want to even think on how the rest of the staff is smh 🤦♀️
I am giving no stars!! First a waited way beyond my scheduled appointment. But that could be overlooked..... till the next more important issue. I went in for a basic mammogram, with a prescription from the Dr. Office. I have insurance it is fully covered through the ACA. When I received my explanation of benefits it showed I owe $942.00. They told my insurance company the imaging center is on my network plan but the Dr. Who read results is not!! That is F-ing laughable...and totally illegal. STAY FAR AWAY
I am looking for a new facility and have been given some recommendations from friends. I took the day off today to get a mammogram and an ultrasound.. This morning, there was a message saying I needed to reschedule, the Tech called in sick. Very inconvenient for me. After 15 years I will not be returning to this facility. This is not the first time and I am not a fan of the whole call center approach for appointments
