MRI machine magically broke down over the weekend. Was notified via text 5 hours prior to appointment to call them during off business hours to reschedule. Nearly an hour later I was told that there’s no availability anywhere and no supervisor is willing to squeeze me in out of the dozen locations… Now the representative is telling me to calm down and call later as it’s that’s going to work. Filing a grievance with my insurance and I hope they drop the contract with this joke of a provider.
Excellent experience. The front desk person when you check in was very pleasant, courteous, and helpful. The ultrasound tech was also courteous and helpful both very professional and knowledgeable and very accommodating
