I was 100% satisfied with Elite Image. I purchased a vehicle who the previous owner was a smoker, so it had a musty smell. Once Rob was done I couldn't smell it at all!! I was shocked. His attention to detail was over the top. I can't tell you how many times I went to a regular car wash and drive off saying they didnt even clean it just wiped it down - not Rob!! Rob did an amazing job! He had great communication with scheduling the appointments and did an incredible job on both the interior and exterior! He made me a regular customer!
Rob was fantastic. Washed and detailed my 2015 mazda and it looks basically like it did when i first brought it in 2016. I've always maintained my own vehicles but thoroughy washing them is really a lot harder and time consuming than my schedule allows sometimes and I often let it go too long.. Elite Image is trust worthy and made it easy for me to get my car spruced up WHILE I WAS WORKING. I didn't need to lift a finger. Will definitely be using them for my other vehicle.
