I was having trouble with my sub, called up Elite Image Car Audio and got connected with Roman. He took a look at diagnosed my sub, then gave me good information and helped me upgrade with a GREAT price! He gave me great service, and is really knowledgeable with his work. I wouldn’t recommend any other place other than here. I will definitely be going back in the future!

We had a very basic system installed in our Moto van for our son who logs a lot of miles and needed a system with some bass to keep him company.We provided the equipment, wish we would have bought a system through them. He advised the wiring we purchased was sub-par and wasn't comfortable installing it. Roman said $80 for new wiring. We said "No Problem", do the job correctly. My experience today, August 7, 2026, was amazing. I contacted Roman with a question regarding replacing my CTS Cue screen. He quoted the price of the item I needed to have replaced with a lifetime warranty if needed at no extra cost or labor to be charged. I had arranged for Roman to order the part, and when received to let me know. Only 2 days later, Roman called and said the part arrived and he can replace / install at my convenience.
