. Repeat customer. Responsive to issue. Techs 'could not find where the leak is coming from'. No warranty for unit or work performed. Very expensive for no guarantee or warranty. Disappointed in outcome for so much expense for a unit that is 2023.
My AC unit just stopped working during this awful heat wave. Elite sent Juan out the same day I called! He arrived exactly when he said and was very pleasant, efficient and helpful. He replaced a part for a reasonable price and my AC is back in business! Juan gave me great tips for keeping my condensers in good shape. I was very impressed with Juan's skills. I will definitely use this company again.
Juan came over to my home the hour I called as I needed a quote for a complete AC unit replacement and install (my AC had broke during a heat warning). He did a thorough inspection of the unit and the rooftop and gave me a competitive, high quality offer that beat out other quotes.
