I've called several times regarding issues with their installation. Drain pan was not installed properly. I've not received a call back after investing over 20,000 in two HVAC systems with this company. Best success getting a call back from Elite HVAC. John Lander

Technician came to fix the heating system charged $700 and left saying that it needs a new part to be replaced which he ordered and never showed up tried calling the office at least 10 times and no response poor service horrible experience
hello guys if you are using this company please make sure they done their work i have very bad experience with this company they promise they fix my heating system and have not very bas service no follow up i have been trying to to come fix it but unfortunately no answer very poor response even i paid full amount still no result so kindly my suggestion don't ever call these guys otherwise you lose your money and time .....
