I request a price quote on a model on their lot which I did not receive. An unknown male called me but did not answer several of my questions such as cost for set up and such. I asked if I could get a picture of all four sides of the home in question and he refused. I asked to take to the owner which he also refused. I live four hours away, he said I would have to just come in and see for myself. It felt sketchy, like a used car dealer to me. I have worked with them in building a home and as a professional in financing dozens, if not hundreds of homes. They are realistic, communicative and kind. You can’t pay someone to care about your best interest or well-being but they throw it in for free!
Scott and Charlie were awesome to work with. They took the time to walk us through the whole process! They helped us with some customizations and had the best price around! There were some issues on our end and they were very understanding and helped us with solutions! Their set up crew were quick and did great work!!!! We are extremely happy with house!
