Extremely prompt and timely responses to any questions, very professional.
Elite Homes did an excellent job on our home. The president of the company was there on site at an almost daily basis. The craftsmanship is great. We've been in our home for about five years and we're still getting great compliments from people who come by to visit. We had at least three people ask who our builders were because they want the same builder. If you want a well built solid home I would recommend Elite Homes. I love my house unfortunately I am disappointed in the workmanship and the total disregard for upholding the contractual agreement. First, only been living in the house for 3 years and my carpets puckered year two. In the kitchen, cracks started appearing in the vinyl floor around the door jams. I didn't get the final inspection until February 2014, almost year after the date that is was due and as of today, the builder has not returned to do any of repairs.
