Did a great job
I met Eric Sipes at another location and asked him if he could come look at my roof. He came right over and inspected it, got right to work making things happen. No nonsense. He didn’t try to stick it to me by adding a bunch of stuff. He’s a straight shooter. Got right to the point gave me a reasonable quote and kept his word on everything he promised. I’m very Satisfied and he is now the first person I will call if I have to hire anything out.

We had a few hiccups along the way and it took much longer than I had initially anticipated, but they did everything they could do to make it right with me. Rod was awesome and went the extra mile to ensure I was satisfied. At the end of the day we love the deck and would do it all over again using Elite. It's rare that you find a company willing to own up to their mistakes, and I applaud Elite for doing that and making it right for their customers.
I cannot recommend Elite Roofing enough, not only because of the quality work they do at a very competitive price, but the follow up service after the work is completed. The COO of the company, Eric Sipes, comes to the job site ( my house ) and does a thorough inspection after the crew is finished. He sincerely wants to know all of the good and bad.
