This company is dishonest. They lied to us, took our money, and haven't done a thing yet. Check out the BBB and call the Department of Labor and Industry before you hire these people, then hire someone else.
The process with our insurance company went smoothly. When the re-use of trim on the lower level created some issues (this was at our request), Elite returned with new trim and installed it without hesitation. The quality of replacement product Elite used was excellent and covered by our insurer.
