We should have listened to Igor from the START. Had a leak affecting 3 floors and 6 rooms of our home. Igor offered to do mitigation, but we went with Insurance recommendation of Servpro. BIG mistake - We should have had Elite do mitigation as Servpro flooded the unaffected side of our dining room and were a nightmare to deal with. Do your mitigation with ELITE! Had two cables hanging from roof. I made a post on next door and he saw it. He rehung the mounts for the cables. He also had to trim the tree that was forcing the cables down. Quoted me a fair price and did a real good job. Will use him again!!

Bought a new home about a year ago and had issues with water condensation on the walls and a leak that developed in my office. Igor came by and was able to identify the issue of the leak and condensation immediately. He spent time educating me on how important airflow in an attic is and how lack of properly installed baffles was preventing airflow for my attic. Great communication, wealth of knowledge, and friendly crew. I can’t recommend this company enough!
