The quality of services & communication I’ve received from Elite has been outstanding. My first meeting to learn about my Cpap machine & set up was easy & very clear. The product I use is user friendly, easy to monitor & supplies are sent as needed. Super successful results for me.

⭐☆☆☆☆ AVOID ELITE HOME MEDICAL AT ALL COSTS I received my BiPAP in November 2022 and have NEVER received supplies—not once in over two years. I’ve had to clean and reuse my equipment because Elite Medical simply doesn’t do its job. The only time they mentioned supplies was in November 2023, during a billing call. When I pointed out I had never received anything, they suddenly offered to send supplies. Since I was traveling, I asked them to call back in December to place the order. They never did. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. Company reported 1 missed payment. I have consistently paid my bill. They did not reach out when my autopayment that i set up with them didnt process. I have to set autopayment up every month. This company opperates with horrible business practices

Co-pay wasn't divulged up front, and was required to add a credit number to rent the machine. The mask never fit right, was extremely uncomfortable, and only lasted a few hours before I had to take it off. Returned it the following day (25 miles round trip each time through 'city' rush hour traffic....and over a month later get suprised with a bill for my 'copay' of $70, which will be auto deducted from the card on file (which was meant to be a security deposit, not cover future random charges). Had a referral from my Dr for the equipment. After about 2 weeks I was informed that my insurance had approved it. Called and made an appointment to pick up the approved test equipment . The office was quiet. I was taken to the room and presented a form to agree and sign asking for a credit card credentials including CVC code! No consultation , no explanation of what equipping was getting. I was told it was needed as deposit for the equipment to be returned.
