Absolute awful experience. My boyfriend and I went in looking for a game console and were met with the most unfriendly customer service that I’ve experienced. Being someone that works in hospitality, I’m shocked that someone at a store in a well-known mall came up to us in such a rude manner. The man working immigrants met us with anger because we brought beers into the store even though it is a mall that is alcohol friendly (the bartender told us we were able to shop & drink when we bought our beers). After months of searching FB marketplace for a pinball machine and a shuffleboard table to no avail, I decided to find a quality store for my purchase. I’m so glad I found Elite Home Gamerooms in Lutz, FL. They have several other locations, but this was closest to my house. I called and was able to speak to Dwayne their national sales manager.
