I enjoyed my consultation and initial evaluation. I have used trainers off and on throughout the years, often ended because of a relocation and delay in rehiring one. I would say the assessment was accurate, and the short work out did a great job of targeting my weakest muscles (shoulders/upper body) to show benefit of having a trainer (something I am already aware of). Luis was great. He was very clear in explaining things. He was very motivating and didn't make me feel bad/awkward even though I haven't been to the gym in a while. I'd highly recommend this service and Luis in particular!

Luis was amazing! Great, efficient workout that combined strength and cardio into one. Highly recommend!
