I honestly wasn’t sure what to expect at first, but Elite Home Fitness exceeded my expectations. My trainer made me feel comfortable from day one, listened to my goals, and pushed me in a way that kept me motivated without feeling overwhelmed. Having someone come to my home made it so much easier to stay consistent, and I actually look forward to my workouts now. I’ve already noticed a difference in my strength, energy, and confidence. I had a great experience with Elite Home Fitness. The team was professional, knowledgeable, and really took the time to understand my goals before making recommendations. The process felt personalized rather than pushy, and overall service exceeded my expectations. Communication was clear throughout, and everything was handled efficiently from consultation to delivery/setup. I would definitely recommend Elite Home Fitness to anyone looking for a high-quality, tailored home fitness solution.

Luis was great. He was very clear in explaining things. He was very motivating and didn't make me feel bad/awkward even though I haven't been to the gym in a while. I'd highly recommend this service and Luis in particular!

We are in our late 70’s and have started in home strength training with Elite Fitness. We are delighted with the responsive service. Nick, our trainer, is personable, prompt and knowledgeable and tailors the work-outs to our ability. We have already noticed a difference in less than 3 weeks twice a week in energy and strength and plan to continue. We are so glad to have found this service, which we have needed for some time. Highly recommended
