We are in our late 70’s and have started in home strength training with Elite Fitness. We are delighted with the responsive service. Nick, our trainer, is personable, prompt and knowledgeable and tailors the work-outs to our ability. We have already noticed a difference in less than 3 weeks twice a week in energy and strength and plan to continue. We are so glad to have found this service, which we have needed for some time.
