This Company was recommended to me by friends. Initially they came round to fix a blocked pipe under sink but also fitted a waste pipe for the washing machine which was missing. Super pleased with work done and price paid. In conversation I mentioned i needed a new boiler, felt these guys were the ones for the job. Would avoid this company completely. Left me without hot water for 5 weeks. Spent £600 on parts that I’m convinced I did not need. The problem still wasn’t sorted to which I was told by Roger “if I were to come over, it would be a waste of my time and a waste of your time” - I had no water, what a stupid thing to say. I chased endless times for invoices. Had to bank transfer or pay cash so take of that as you will. Roger had no clue why I wasn’t getting any hot water in the end. Always an excellent, friendly service. Between myself and other members of the family they have fitted boilers, fixed central heating issues and also carry out yearly gas appliance (boiler, fire) services. Can’t recommend enough.
