I am very impressed with how well my experiences have gone since I got my hearing aid ... and that included the great visit and check-up I got on Monday, July 21, 2025. The exam was thorough and even including going over with me the process of cleaning the hearing aids, which I asked for and it was very helpful to me. And both people in the office are super nice. I can’t say enough about how great this AudioNova in Jacksonville Beach is. April is as dedicated to helping hearing impaired people as anyone can be. In my case she was able to get my hearing aids ordered and delivered just under a deadline for my insurance that saved me thousands of dollars. April really cares and provides outstanding service. Lisa is also a gem. Very happy with this business.
