Visited the office earlier this week. Grace, the patient coordinator was very pleasant, helpful & knowledgeable. She took care of ordering a new charing dock for my hearing aids. They were delivered right the next day. She made the transaction so easy happy

I am not a customer of this vendor. I just stopped in to inquire about a missing piece on my hearing aides. Grace, the patient coordinator at the front desk, was so helpful! She even replaced the missing pieces and did not charge me‼️ If you are looking for exemplary customer care and service, this is definitely the place to go. A five minute visit made my day‼️‼️🦻🦻
