Received excellent service again at my appointment Feb 16. Was welcomed by Becca upon arrival and then saw Dana Lee who asked how things were going since my last appointment. Programmed my hearing aid with my phone which blew my mind as I had no clue that’s how things go nowadays. Learning a lot with my first hearing aid experience.
