Great place to work at.
I've worked here for over 3 years now. Elite does different HR functions for multiple home care agencies in NY. This is a great job for someone who wants to pursue a career in HR. Very nice, clean and spacious office environment. Everyone is super nice and friendly. Kitchen is fully stocked with food, snacks and drinks. We get to leave early every Friday at 1pm and get ALL the Jewish holidays off. Highly recommend if you're looking to work in HR.
Awful company, awful work culture.
Elite is a great company that really takes care of its people. Even as the company has grown quite a lot in the last couple of years, there is still a family atmosphere, great benefits, stocked kitchen and biweekly catered lunches. Leadership is hard at work to help all employees to learn and develop constantly, find their career pathway within the company, as well as roll out better systems for improving the actual work. It's a great time to be part of the Elite team!
