One of if not the best gyms in the Roanoke Valley If you're tired of crowded commercial gyms and want a place that actually feels like a gym, this is it. I’ve been a member since day one. Between the equipment , staff , and a true 24-7 operation you will not find a better gym atmosphere to sweat in than this one. Duane and HR are always there to help and assist in any way shape or form. So much knowledge and experience inside the building. I can not count the hours I’ve spent in there picking their brains on workouts , diet , recovery , and overall health. I love that spot and will continue there. Elite Health & Fitness Center is a great gym with a good variety of equipment for all types of workouts and persons of all fitness levels. There is a friendly and competent staff available to advise and coach to help you reach your goals. Excellent personal training is also available. I was a member at Elite for eight years prior to leaving the Roanoke area.
