I've been training at Elite for over 3 years now, and it's one of the best health and fitness decisions I've ever made. With its private, limited memberships, I rarely have issues accessing equipment. Duane and HR are two of the best in the industry and can train clients with any goal in mind. I consider my membership and coaching from them as an investment in my long-term health that's also allowed me to compete in a new sport (powerlifting), which was not originally a goal of mine.
