Highly experienced people. Everyone was very friendly. The best place in Annapolis for flooring by far.
Unreliable, and unresponsive. Installed the floors and then went AWOL for weeks before returning to stain and finish. Did a terrible job, had to be completely re-sanded, re-stained, and re-finished. Delayed our rehab project by several weeks. Would never reccommend.
Mike and team replaced my old 2" red oak floors with gorgeous 8" quarter sawn, white oak planking. They sourced stunning wood. Installation was flawless. We are SO HAPPY. Their team was professional, polite and incredibly skilled. I can't recommend Elite Hardwood Floors highly enough.
