I don’t usually leave reviews unless they’re really positive, but my experience at Elite hair in Strathroy was awful. I booked a 3:30pm trim for my two daughters, wrote it down, and saved it in my phone. I rearranged my schedule to make the appointment, picked my girls up early from school and we arrived at 3:20pm — 10 minutes early. We waited about 15 minutes before Liz, who was the only one in the salon, came to the front. She told us the appointment was for 3:00pm and that she no longer had time to see us.
