I was honestly nervous trying a new barbershop because I’ve had a few bad cuts in the past, but Elite Barber completely changed that. As soon as I walked in, everyone was welcoming and the shop had a great vibe. Moe took the time to listen to what I wanted instead of rushing me through the chair, and the haircut came out exactly how I pictured it. Elite Barber in Roanoke is easily one of the best barbershops in the area. From the second you walk in, you're treated with respect, the shop is spotless, and the atmosphere is always welcoming. Don’t go here.. they won’t even acknowledge when you arrive.. then they let you sit there for 20 minutes.. and take someone else that comes in 20 minutes after you do.. I guess I nor my money were important enough for their business.. or what I don’t know.. but I won’t ever return and I’ll make sure everyone I know knows how they treat they’re customers.. oh and saying something to me as I leave the door didn’t help any at all..
Moe is an excellent and efficient barber. He is by far the best barber in the Roanoke area. Ever since I started getting my hair cut by him, people at work have noticed the difference and I’ve been getting compliments on my haircut. He pays great attention to detail, is professional, and consistently does a fantastic job. I highly recommend him to anyone looking for a great barber.
I’ve taken my grandson there for two cuts and have been very satisfied. I would recommend scheduling an appointment as they do take walk-ins.
