I found her through a patient at my job whose braids were fire. Astu has the most gentle touch and is super fast! I thought I would be there for 10-12 hours since I wanted small long ‘Poetic Justice’ braids! 😂 I was in the chair at 10 and out by 5!!!! I’ve had my hair braided since the 80’s this was by far the best job yet. She was super careful around my edges too! At one point 3 sets of hands working on my head. So efficient and really sweet. Thank u Astu! I just got it done and am tired so I’ll post the pic later🙂

I just had an amazing service by Astu. She outdid herself in putting microbraids into my natural colored hair. She’s a phenomenal and super friendly hair stylist and her braids are fire at super reasonable prices too. ETA: I initially posted this review May 2024, as it got more views than expected I censored my face and that’s why the post seems “new.” I hope to see Astu again soon though!
