I want to begin by saying that the people at Elite Hail International are stellar human beings. They are kind and understanding, and they genuinely seem to care about doing a good job. However, there is a reason behind my two-star review, and I don't give this rating lightly. I took my car in to Elite Hail on April 18 and did not receive it back until May 15, nearly a month later. I dropped off my truck a week ago. I picked it up today. The dent removal they did was excellent! The installation of the replacement tonneau cover was top notch as well. I tried to find the dents that were there before & I couldn't. I highly recommend them.
