I went in for an annual as a new patient August 2025. Toward the beginning of my exam, Dr. Hammoud asked if I was experiencing any perimenopausal symptoms, which I answered. As I was leaving, the receptionist told me that I owed a copay because I talked about perimenopause during the appointment and anything outside of the physical exam was supposed to be charged as an office visit. I really like Dr Hammoud and the NP, Sarah and have received very good medical care from them both. However, I have significant concerns regarding multiple billing errors. I provided a credit card which was kept on file only because I was told by the receptionist April that I could not be a patient there unless They kept my credit card information. I have had 2 appts with the NP, Sarah. Since that time, I have had charges on my credit card for the wrong co-pay amounts. When I called to discuss the matter I was charged again ... read more
I Absolutely love Dr. H and her team. From the front office to the nurses. Bed side manner is welcoming and soothing to a person who at times suffer with anxiety.
Fantastic practice, very friendly staff and the doctor is very kind and professional.
