The staff are always kind and welcoming, and listen to my concerns. Carrie took extra steps to make sure I was comfortable during my exam, asking whether i wanted a witness present and if there was a history of trauma she should be aware of. I really appreciated that extra consideration. On my next visit, I saw my regular provider Heather, and she is just as considerate and compassionate.
I have never been to an office that felt so welcoming and truly focused on the individual. I met with Carrie and felt heard and validated. The willingness to hear concerns and present options was a huge relief. I left there with a more positive outlook than I have had in years. Thankful to have found this practice and this care team.
She was very considerate
Happy I changed over to Elite. Whole staff was friendly and inviting. NP Carrie Schaefer was professional, listened, and was so kind. All around great experience which is so hard to find. Highly recommend.
