Very poor security, motorcycles and bicycles are stolen frequently at RK sunny isles. is a bad security company; I've never seen a security guard at night and don’t have cameras. My electric bike was stolen and they didn’t care at all.
I’ve had an absolutely horrible experience with the security team at Monterey. Not only have they been consistently rude and unprofessional, but they’ve also completely failed at fulfilling the most basic responsibilities of a security service. On June 4th, 2025, I was struggling to access the gate, and a male guard stood with his arms crossed, clearly laughing at my struggle. He blatantly ignored my repeated requests for assistance.
