Brett has been my glazier for over 15 years now, doing my doggie doors, fixing my sliding door and window rollers, broken glass replacement as well. He has always been very professional, reliable and well priced. I recommend him.
They very quick to respond and the workmanship was excellent. Our red heeler already figured it out.
The blokes that came and did the work were professional and thorough. Great job and they knew their stuff. The trouble began with Brett, the manager/owner. I paid the bill promptly but I mistakenly only paid $250 and didn't add the GST. My fault totally. In the next few days Brett sent a couple of passive aggressive emails/texts to my wife about the bill. Rude is another description of them. We had a very poor experience with Brett from Elite Glass. He was rude and unprofessional and unwilling to do the work that he'd previously agreed to. Would absolutely not recommend.
