When you pay thousands of dollars for expensive shower glass door enclosures and 18 months later the door handle comes loose- you shouldn’t expect the company to try to milk $100 service call from you to fix their sloppy install. It’s not a complicated fix, just a matter of taking a little extra care to tighten down the install screws fully, even adding a little loc tite so they never back out again and reinstall.
