We had a very disappointing experience with Elite Glass and Mirror Inc. We scheduled an appointment two weeks ago for today, and they never showed up or called to let us know. When we tried to follow up, both Jasmine and Reina were extremely disrespectful to my husband and me over the phone. Amazing customer service from start to finish! The team was fast, efficient, and truly professional. I had stained glass installed and absolutely loved how it turned out—beautiful craftsmanship that really stood out. I’ll definitely be coming back!
