Initial contact was friendly. We worked out a good price. I was coming in to fix a few rock crack on my car. There was no mention of what could happen after or how it would look. One was filled and they noticed that so I thought it was ok so far. When I got to my car after 30 mins of fixing I noticed that the one of the cracks had a larger crack coming out of it, larger than when I brought it in, which means more fixing to involved down the line. John and his team saved me from a REALLY bad experience with another (big name) glass company. They stepped up and completed the job in 30 minutes and worked things out with my insurance company. Even if I DIDN'T have insurance, their prices are incredible. I will never use another glass shop again!
