Called to get appt to measure table top for glass protection. Told me would be there next week next week came and went. Waited FOUR weeks, they never showed or called. Called them again. Asked they really wanted my business and response was yes. Came later that day to measure and make template of table for glass. Said will call me with a quite when leaving.
