THIS PLACE IS ANYTHING BUT PROFESSIONAL. We recently held a memorial service for my mother-in-law at Elite. First of all, the appearance my mother-in-laws body was disturbing and she was almost unrecognizable. Secondly, the chapel is not enclosed and the tops of the walls are open, so it is anything but private. A member of Mr. Morris s staff talked loudly with his cell phone on speaker during the service - which we all could hear. My family would like to thank Elite Funeral Chapel for their gracious and professional manner in handling my fathers funeral. Even though the arrangements were done long distance from Atlanta and Cleveland, all services were done exactly how we discussed. I would highly recommend their services and thanks again Malcolm.
The Elite staff was very professional. The staff handled every detail,I requested in making my mother Homegoing Ceremony beautiful. Malcolm and Shantell was available for any questions or problems I had, even after the services were complete.Relieving me from all unnecessary stress.They are keeping Genes wonderful legacy alive.We do not hesitate to recommend Elite Funeral Chapel.
